THE BATTLE HAS BEEN JOINED!!
Simon Snellgrove of San Francisco Waterfront Partners is planning to put his own initiative on the November 5, 2013 San Francisco election ballot.
This initiative, if approved, would create a duel between his ballot measure and the ‘NO WALL’ ballot measure.
As you are well aware, the ‘NO WALL’ Ballot Referendum was approved over 8 months ago. The voters of San Francisco will be asked to say YES or NO to allow a height increase along the Embarcadero for Mr. Snellgrove’s high rise luxury condominium project known as 8 Washington.

FOGG wants to make sure you are aware of how the opposition intends to confuse voters with this competing measure.
If they succeed in placing their initiative on the November 5, 2013 ballot, San Francisco voters will have the opportunity to vote a resounding NO on both the Height Increase Referendum and their initiative.
Our ‘NO WALL’ partners are actively working on Mr. Snellgrove’s actions.
