FOGG Alert – March 6, 2016

Simon Snellgrove Calls It QUITS On 8 Washington!!!

FOGG has really terrific news to share with you.

San Francisco Waterfront Partners – Simon Snellgrove – have given up.

Mr. Snellgrove’s attorney has sent a letter to the SF Port, stating that their Exclusive Negotiating Agreement (ENA) has now terminated.

This means that Mr. Snellgrove’s nearly 10 year effort to build the high rise luxury condominium project known as 8 Washington Street on The Bay Club – The Gateway site and Seawall Lot 351 has ended.
